Sign up date for Wrestling is Thursday night, December 6, 2007
at 6:30pm, at the High School.
Cost will be $28.00 (plus $12.00 for MY WAY Wrestling Card) if needed.
The season will run for 3 months, January - March. Practices will be Tuesdayt and Thursday nights, 6:00pm - 7:30pm.
There will be 4 forms to fill out for each player plus 2 additional
forms to fill otu if you choose to volunteer as a coach. The forms
needed are listed below.
#1 Player's Personal Information
#2 Parents Code of Ethics (Both parents need to sign)
#3 Permission to Play and Release of Liability
#4 Player's Physical Form
These forms can be downloaded from our web site. See the word 'Forms' on the right hand side of this page, you can print off the forms to fill out at home and have them ready the night of sign-up.
We are in need of volunteers for coaching and encourage everyone to volunteer their time, if at all possible.
