Who? 4th through 7th grade in the fall of 2008
When? Sign up date for Football is Tuesday and Wednesda, May 13th and 14th 6:30 - 8:30 pm at the
Where? Oakview Elementary School cafeteria.
Fees – Cost will be $75.00, after July 31st, cost will increase to $85. If you cannot make it on sign-up date, you may mail in your forms to:

There will be 3 forms to fill out for each player plus 1 additional form to fill out if you choose to volunteer as a coach. The forms needed are listed below.
These forms can be downloaded from our web site. See the word 'forms' on right hand side of this page, you can print off forms to fill out at home and have them ready on the night of sign-up.
