The Junior Redwings would like to invite you to come participate in cheering at the fall Basketball games.
Who? All girls entering 4 th through 6 th grade in the fall of 2007.
When? Sign up will be Monday nigh, Oct. 8th from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. at Oakview South Elementary School Cafeteria.
Fees – The cost will be $40.00 per child, all checks must be payable to SJYAA and accompany the registration form.
Notes:
There will be four forms to fill out for each player, plus one additional form to be filled out if you choose to volunteer as a coach. The forms needed are listed below.
Deadline for sign-ups will be Oct. 8, 2007. If you are unable to come on Oct. 8, 2007, You can receive a sign-up sheet off the Internet web site www.sjyba.com. If cannot get teh forms off the forms off the internet, please contact Theresa Nelson, Cheerleading Director, at 518-242-8130 or 517-651-6453. Due to scheduling of squads, we will not be able to accept any sign-ups after this date.
